About US

What We Do
A Partner On Your
Life Journey.

Our story is rooted in a commitment to education and personalized service. As Prudential advisors, we formed a team early on in our practice, recognizing the value of collaboration and comprehensive planning. As the financial industry evolved, so did we. We rebranded ourselves as Waterview Wealth Management to better reflect our holistic approach and our partnership with other financial professionals.

At the heart of Waterview Wealth Management is our founder, Timothy Skwiot. With a career spanning over two decades, Tim has dedicated himself to helping clients pursue their financial goals since 2002. Named among the top advisors in 2024, Tim’s journey in financial advising began much earlier, as a college intern with Prudential in 1996.

About Us
Our Philosophy

Just as a seasoned fishing guide helps navigate waters, we guide our clients through the complexities of wealth management. Inspired by the essence and calming effect of water, our wealth management approach seeks to bring you confidence and clarity. Tim’s passion for fishing brings him out on the water often.

A Personal Touch

Tim and his family cherish their time by the lake. The personal connection to water influences our philosophy at Waterview Wealth Management. We aim to provide a serene and reassuring experience for our clients, helping them enjoy their financial journey as much as Tim enjoys time on the water.

Our Commitment

At Waterview Wealth Management, our commitment to you is unwavering. Tim’s longevity with the company provides long term consistent support and guidance every step of the way. We believe in the power of education and promise to equip you with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions. With us, there are no foolish questions – only opportunities to learn and seek growth.

Who You’ll Be Working With

Alex Argeros

Financial Advisor

From a young age, I aspired to work in finance, inspired by my father who followed a similar career path. I began working at Prudential upon graduating from University of Virginia with a Bachelors in Economics.  I hold the SIE License, FINRA Series 7 and 66 Registration with LPL Enterprise, and Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. These qualifications enable me to provide comprehensive financial advice and services to my clients.

I am originally from Lynnfield, MA, a typical Boston suburb where I still live today. My father's office was right down the street from our home, which further influenced my career choice. My family is small but very tight-knit. My mother, Sophia, brings us all together, and my father, Arthur, always takes care of us. Our dog, Milo, keeps us laughing and adds joy to our lives. They inspire me to be the best version of myself every day at work.

In my free time, I love playing and watching sports, hanging out with friends, and deep-diving into statistics for my favorite sports. Basketball, football, swimming, and water polo are my top picks. I'm a passionate fan and enjoy learning more about my favorite teams and sports, as well as debating with friends about them.

Noah Roffman

Financial Advisor

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, I began my career as a trader on Wall Street, where I spent a decade honing my skills. I then took some time away to pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors before returning to trading in 2020. This year, I transitioned into financial advising, bringing with me a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective.  I hold the SIE License, FINRA Series 7eith LPL Enterprise, and Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.

I grew up in a close-knit Jewish community in Philadelphia, PA, and attended a Jewish elementary school alongside current Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro. His mother, who was one of my early teachers, instilled in me the importance of strong and spirited community activism. My own mother was also a teacher and principal at this school, further reinforcing my commitment to education and community. Today, I remain active in the Brookline/Boston Jewish community and enjoy traveling to Israel.

My wife, Heidi Paisner-Roffman, is an elementary school principal at Wellington Elementary School in Belmont. We have four wonderful children Claire, Evan, Ella,  and Sophie.

I have many passions that keep me energized and inspired. Travel, food, and rowing are high on my list. I have rowed more than 1,250 days and over 5 million meters on my Hydrow indoor rowing machine. Friends often associate me with my love of pizza and apples, but my culinary interests are quite diverse. I also love the thrill of discovery—whether it’s finding new places to travel, hike, swim, or eat.

Timothy Skwiot

Founder, Financial Advisor, Managing Partner

My journey in the financial industry began in 1996 when I started my career as a college intern with Prudential. Upon my college graduation I was hired by Prudential as part of Operations Management.  In 2002, I made the decision to become a Financial Advisor.  I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and hold my FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 Registrations with LPL Enterprise, as well as Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. My passion for finance started early—I opened my first IRA at the age of 16.

I grew up in Windsor, CT, surrounded by many local farms, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the community. I met my wife, Pamela, in college, and we have two wonderful children, Jackson and Kaitlyn. They are both involved in many sports and I spend a lot of time on the sidelines cheering them on.  Family is incredibly important to me, and we cherish our time together.

One of my greatest passions is fishing. I coach the High School Varsity Bass Fishing Team in my hometown and compete in many tournaments with my son, Jackson, every year. Our family loves spending time on our boat, and in the winter, we enjoy skiing together. We’re also loyal Boston sports fans and love cheering on our favorite teams. When I’m not on the water or the slopes, I enjoy spending time gardening.

In addition to my professional work, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community. I serve on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the Windham Endowment for Community Advancement. Through this organization, I’ve created a college scholarship awarded annually to a Windham High School student planning to pursue a career in business. I’m also a proud member of the Bass Angler Sportsman Society and the Southern New Hampshire Bass Club.

Andre Boullion

Financial Advisor

My entry into the financial industry is recent as a professional having only joined Prudential as of late 2025.  However, an interest in the power of investing and tax efficiency is a subject I’ve actively been engaged in for 15+ years.  Beyond my own personal passion around the topic, I’ve been fortunate enough that family, friends and colleagues have trusted in me over the years to use me as an unofficial advisor in their own financial journeys.  When it came time for me to consider a second career, a role as a financial advisor felt like a natural fit.

I’ve been fortunate that I met my wife Christina in high school and we’ve grown and experienced together personally and professionally for our entire adult lives.  After years volunteering her time, she has settled into a role as Middle School Librarian in New Hampshire teaching Media and Visual Arts.  We were fortunate to have four children, all wonderfully unique in personalities and interests keeping our lives interesting and busy.  We love to travel and see new places and meet new people.  Our family has been in New Hampshire for 4 years now, longer than we’ve been in one place for 15+ years.  We’re working to turn our home into our own forever home and make New Hampshire a permanent destination.

Getting to this point professionally was a bit more circuitous than typical but one that fits into my overall personality of always seeking more information and experiences while developing new skills.  I grew up in southwestern Louisiana poor but never lacking the essentials.  Work as a principle is something that was ingrained in me early with after school and summer jobs an expectation not a suggestion.  I was able to attend Louisiana State University where I discovered a knack for math and the sciences eventually leading to a Bachelor of Science in Geology, followed by a Masters of Science in Geology from New Mexico State University.

At the conclusion of my academics, I was able to secure a position with Shell Exploration and Production Company which led to an 18-year career working both domestically and internationally.  My time in Shell was eye opening as it exposed me to a wide range of intelligent individuals with diverse personalities and cultures.  These experiences imprinted upon me what I believe is the most important skill for a financial advisor, that everyone’s experience is unique and should be considered individually.

Though my personal life is busy, I’m a voracious reader and love to tinker in spreadsheets analyzing anything of interest at any particular time.  I enjoy walks, fishing and Christina and I spend time together gardening as a mutual interest.
